The Tosin Owonifari Empowerment Foundation (TOEF) recognizes that digital opportunities are disproportionately concentrated in urban centers, leaving rural youths at a severe disadvantage. Driven by a commitment to grassroots empowerment, this project targets students, job seekers, and aspiring entrepreneurs in communities like Ise-Orun Local Government Area of Ekiti State.

Digital Inclusion & Literacy: Introducing basic computer concepts, internet usage, online safety, and digital awareness.
Digital Design & Innovation: Building awareness of graphics and digital design as marketable skills.
Economic Growth & Remote Work: Demonstrating how IT supports entrepreneurship, freelancing, and remote work opportunities.
Global Pathways: Providing insight into IT pathways for studying, working, or navigating international opportunities.
With a target to engage hundreds of young people who lack basic computing knowledge, this initiative equips them with the tools needed to thrive in a rapidly evolving digital economy.
